Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

HD STORE is officially operated under PT HARAPAN KREASI DIGITAL (NIB 2708260087473), and these terms are between you and PT HARAPAN KREASI DIGITAL.

Digital products

All products sold on HD STORE are digital codes/vouchers delivered instantly to your email once payment is confirmed. Because codes are delivered digitally and can be redeemed immediately, all sales are final once a code has been revealed to you.

Payment window

Orders reserve stock for a limited payment window shown on the order page. If payment isn't completed in time, the order expires and the reserved stock is released back for other customers.

Code security

Treat your codes like passwords — never share them with anyone. PT HARAPAN KREASI DIGITAL is not responsible for codes redeemed or lost after being shared by the customer.

Support

If a code doesn't work or a payment isn't reflected, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.
